  • What to do if I receive a damaged product?

    ASA you receive the product, Kindly unbox it in front of the delivery guy , click a picture and mail/Whatsapp /DM us on Instagram( details mentioned on our website) In the detail order number, image of invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of damaged/spoiled product to be sent. In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced. We will be happy to re-send and replace the product(s), if the details provided from your end looks fair. In case of Missing product we will be unable to accept a refund request. But, we will be happy to promptly re-send the missing product In case of spoiled products we will be unable to accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, colour or aroma. This is because our products are completely natural and made mostly by hand so no two batches will be identical. No compromise is made in the natural production process, use of best and natural ingredients and we will ensure that maximum nutritional value is retained. Product will be replaced/ refund shall be processed after due investigation and diligence and we assure a fair outcome at all times Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

  • How Long Does it take the order to reach me?

    All the orders are processed within 24 hours when your order is confirmed, except for the made to order pickles. On an average it takes 2-7 working days for the orders to get delivered at your address.

  •  How can I track my order?

    Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number/AWB number along with the courier service details. You can easily track your order through their website.

  • What courier services do we use?

    We use multiple courier partners to ship products across India to ensure timely and safe deliveries.

  • Can I return the products?

    As a policy no returns are accepted for all the food items. We are sure you would not want to return any of our products after you taste it once.

  • Are the ingredients used organic?

    Yes, the ingredients used are chemical free as these are grown in our own farm using natural fertilizers like compost and manure. We claim to be preservative free and natural.

  • What is the shelf life of your pickles?

    Most of our pickles have shelf life of 12 months except our season specials, which is usually 3-6 months. But please follow these storage instructions: Use a clean dry spoon and not a wet spoon, as the pickles are natural, without any preservatives and additives. Please keep the lid tightly closed when not being used. If you live in area that is humid would recommend refrigerating after opening.
